Cardwell is director for the National Institute for Microbial Forensics and Food and Agriculture Biosecurity at Oklahoma State University, and professor in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology. She will offer a broad perspective of cutting-edge food and animal science. Her extensive background in food and agriculture includes fifteen years as a national program leader and grants administrator with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture-National Institute of Food and Agriculture in Washington, D.C. 6:30 PM, Peggy V.
